Vatican, European Royals said to schedule child sacrifices in London, Scotland, Montreal

This is one in a series of articles by Judy Byington taken from eyewitness testimony before the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels. In November 2011 six international judges began examining evidence of child rape, torture, murder and kidnapping by 40 global elites including Queen Elizabeth and Pope Ratzinger. In Feb. 2013 all 40 were found guilty, arrest warrants were issued and a few days later, Pope Ratzinger resigned from his office. More eyewitness came forward and in March 2014 the second phase of the ICLCJ Court began. Global elite members of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult network were charged with Crimes Against Humanity. Eyewitnesses claimed Ninth Circle child sacrifices took place in the catacombs of Catholic Cathedrals, the Vatican, on private estates and groves and government military bases in Canada, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Australia, Ireland, France, England and the US. At least 34 child mass grave sites were identified in Ireland, Spain and Canada – and refused excavation by the Canadian Government, Crown of England and Catholic Church.
 
Vatican and European Royal family members have scheduled child sacrifices for this August 15 and on the new moon in September at the Carnarvon Castle in Wales, Balmoral Castle in Scotland and Marie Reine du Monde Cathedral in Montreal according to eyewitness testimony before the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels. Yesterday’s ICLCJ Court press release stated top Catholic and Anglican Church officers including Pope Francis have been named by eyewitnesses as participants in this ritualized murder of children. “We have a list of nineteen top Catholic and Anglican church officers who may have participated in these ritual murders of children during the past year.”
 
Yesterday the five ICLCJ judges dispatched security personnel to Rome, London and Canada to deliver arrest warrants. “Orders are to stop them (members of the global elite Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult) by any means necessary. We are relying on local common law activists and the public to assist us in stopping these killers before they can harm any more children.”
 
In this video native residential school survivors testified during the first phase of the ICLCJ Court, about the genocide of Canadian tribes. They claimed the Catholic Church, Canadian Government and Queen Elizabeth were, and still are, trying to eliminate the Indian tribes in order to gain control of oil rich native lands. Witnesses claimed being starved, beaten and watching other children murdered by the Canadian Army. They said that even today native women were being involuntarily sterilized. “A lot of kids in the residential schools were tortured.” 
 
Canadian Government officials, Queen Elizabeth and Pope Francis were not the only global elites facing charges by the international court. A retired Holland public official named participants in child killings as nine top European judges, politicians, US businessmen and European Royal Family members. Three additional eyewitnesses confirmed child murders done during 1996 and 2000 in Oudergem, Belgium and Zwolle, Holland. “In woods near Oudergem, they hunted naked children through the forest and shot them down … then they cut off the penises of the dead boys and held them up as trophies. I saw Belgian soldiers patrolling the woods and protecting the men who did the hunting – men like Prince Friso, King Albert of Belgium and Prime Minister Mark Rutte.”
 
The witness described “a Catholic prelate” at a separate 2004 murder of three teenage juveniles near Zwolle, Holland. “A criminal syndicate called ‘The Octopus’ provides the children by taking them from juvenile detention centers.”
 
A document called the Magisterial Privilege, obtained from secret archives at the Vatican, has been filed into the ICLCJ Court record. The paper claimed that prior to taking office each new Pope participated in killing infants and drinking their blood. Several eyewitnesses have named Pope Francis and the former Pope Ratzinger as present during these child sacrificial rites.
 
This week Pope Francis also dealt with the announcement that the remains of 796 children were found in a septic tank at the Catholic St. Mary’s Mothers and Babies Home near Tuam Ireland. The children, aged from two days to nine years, died between 1925 and 1961. According to a source within Ireland’s police force Garda who testified before the ICLCJ Court, “The forensic people have told us that the configuration of the remains and evidence of continual decapitation and dismemberment resemble the usual signs of ritualistic murder.”
 
In addition to murder charges, child mass grave sites and a seemingly unending flow of Catholic Priest abuse victims, Pope Francis appeared to be facing a coup within the Vatican. This week a Vatican source reported to the ICLCJ Court that a faction in the Roman Catholic Curia or College of Cardinals, has been pressuring Pope Francis to resign. The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State was prosecuting Pope Francis’ and other cases. ITCCS representative Kevin Annett said, “Last week’s cancellation of three public appearances by Pope Francis due to health reasons appeared to be common code words for an impending resignation.”
 
In Ireland, Spain and Canada 34 child mass grave sites also appeared linked to Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult activities. In 2008 after child remains at the Catholic-run Mohawk Indian Residential School in Brantford Ontario were identified by a Smithsonian Institute archeologist, the Catholic Church, Canadian government and English Crown shut down the dig. The 2013 ICLCJ Court had found Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip guilty for the Oct. 10 1964 disappearance of ten native children from the Catholic residential school in Kamloops British Columbia. The grieving parents haven’t seen their children since.
 
“One woman in London, Elizabeth Windsor, calls herself the head of the state of Canada and owns all of the lands and minerals of our country, yet has murdered and can murder children at her pleasure,” stated Kevin Annett. “We will not live under such tyranny any longer, nor allow that for our children. There is no lawful authority in Canada. We must create that authority, come under the rule of common law and become a true Republic. We ask every Canadian to join us.”
 
Annett announced that a Convention will take place October 27-31, 2014 in Winnipeg to establish the constitutional basis for common law courts in Canada and for the legal disestablishment of the Crown of England and its sponsor, the Church of Rome. Perpetrators were identified by court eyewitnesses as Anglican, United Church of Canada and Catholic Church officials including Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon, Cardinals and Popes Francis, John Paul II and Joseph Ratzinger; the UK’s Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and High Court Justice Judge Fulford; in the Netherlands: Dutch and Belgian cardinals and royals including Dutch Crown Prince Alfrink Bernhard, King Hendrick, consort to Queen Wilhelmina of Holland, Queen Beatrix, her father and vice-Roy, Prince Johan Friso and his wife Mabel Wisse Smit, former ministers, the top man of the Dutch army force and the present under secretary of the Raad van State; officials of the Canadian, Australian, UK and US military and governments including the USA’s CIA, plus prominent government ministers, judges, politicians and businessmen of the US, Belgium, Holland, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland and UK.
